6. Damages

 

[GUDDLE] is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • We recommend taking photos of the damaged items and packaging as soon as they arrive.

  • If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier and your local post office.

 

7. Undeliverable Packages

 

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping costs. We will contact you upon receiving the returned package.
